Wir waren Anfang Juli in dem Appartement und haben es sehr genossen. Es hat alle Annehmlichkeiten wie ein gutes Hotel -und gleichzeitig kann man seine Unabhängigkeit geniessen. Gerade für unsere 11jährige Tochter war es wichtig, immer mal wieder eine kurze Ruhepause zwischen allen Besichtigungen einzulegen. Das ging super, da das Appartement zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Rialtobrücke liegt. Canale Grande mit Anleger und eine Einkaufsstraße mit Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf waren jeweils nur eine Straße/Gasse weiter.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem Komfort - von bezogenen Betten bei der Ankunft, über TV/DVD und Air-Condition in allen Räumen bis zum Fön im Badezimmer und Spülmaschine in der Küche war wirklich alles da, was man sich wünschen kann.
Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett.Er spricht sehr gut deutsch. Auf Mails hat er superschnell geantwortet. Im Appartement und auch schon im Vorfeld erhält man Tipps für den Aufenthalt.
