Grocers, restaurant, bar 50 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. In the south of Sardinia, 30 km below Cagliari, the city of Pula is situated 4 km from the sea. On a narrow peninsula before Pula is the city Nora with forum, amphitheatre, temple ruins and well kept mosaic on the ground from the Roman era. "Apt Blu", 2-room apartment 60 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor, comfortable, modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and TV. Kitchenette (oven, micro wave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 open room with 2 beds. Sep. WC. Facilities: washing machine. Shower with jets.
