Pubs, restaurants and shops are immediately available with the harbour and beach only a short walk. Golf, fishing (river, sea and lake), tennis, bowls, riding, watersports ets. are all available nearby as are delightful coastal walks and National Trust Houses & gardens. Picturesque Polperro is about eight miles away. Plymouth is only half an hour's drive and the city offers a wide range of diversions to help pass a grey day. The Eden project can be reached in about forty minutes by car and the north Cornish coast, Padstow, St. Ives etc. is about an hour away.

The accommodation is arranged on the first and second floors and the interior design and decorative ideas are stunning. On the first floor the beautifully appointed sitting/ dining room will be found, also the kitchen, principal double bedroom and the bathroom. On the second floor are the further double bedroom the twin room and a newly installed shower room. A superb decked area is available (accessed by many steps) which has fine views of the harbour, town and sea.
