Kaya villa comprises a large open plan living area with an impressive semi circular stone wall. The newly equiped kitchen and dining area is fully fitted, with oven, hob, washing machine, microwave and can cater for up to eight people. Two of the three double bedrooms have double beds. The third bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds. All of the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space. All are air conditioned. There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor, both with w.c. and handbasin. Outside there is a private swimming pool with pool furniture and surrounding patio area. Dalyan is a small riverside town situated around ten minutes away from the famous Itzuzu Turtle Beach. Visitors can access the beach by road using the local Dolmus service or from the river usuing the inexpensive river dolmus.
