Nearest Ferry: Portimao at 12 Kilometres
Carvoeiro is a typical Portuguese fishing village looking out over a sandy cove. The beach is safe for children and there are bars and restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine. Portimao with it's many shops is only a short drive away as is the old Moorish capital of Silves. The Algarve has many golf course to choose from, and within ten minutes drive of Casa do Monte are the Pestana courses of Quinta Do Gramacho, and Vale Da Pinta. Venture further a field and the courses of Penina, Palmares, Vilamoura and many more are easily reached. For those that enjoy tennis the Carvoeiro Club de Ténis offers first class facilities and lessons.

Casa Do Monte is situated about 10 minutes walk from the village of Carvoeiro, on top of a hill affording views of the sea at the front and the Monchique mountains to the rear. A supermarket is very close by for all your daily needs. Accomodation comprises of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower with a further two twin bedded rooms, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. The lounge offers ample seating with Sky television channels. The dining area is cosy and seats 6 in comfort. Your own private pool is surrounded by a large paved area equipped with sun loungers. There is a BBQ for Al fresco dining and a tiled table with seating for you to enjoy the best of the Portuguese climate!
