The villa is in the perfect location to explore the Algarve while being secluded enough to get away from it all if you are looking for peace and quiet. You can reach the villa within a few minutes from Faro airport (just 15km away) and it is a short walk from the coastal road, the N125.
Set in 2000m2 of grounds the house has lawns around two sides with a very large terrace including a covered barbecue area. The landscaping is wonderful including several palm trees and colourful rockeries, flowers and fruits trees.
The villa has a large kitchen and a very large lounge with dining for six. The barbecue is built into the wall outside the kitchen and is quite sheltered. The villa is very private, but can be found easily. Well equipped for a families who want to get away from it all. There are dozens of board games, playstation (with Buzz and Singstar), Nintendo Wii, and hundreds of books and DVDs. There is broadband internet access and a stunning outdoor slate bed pool table.
Within 500m there are several restaturants/cafes and a short walk takes you to the local Marim beach. There is a local shop within 3 minutes walk and a five minute drive away is Olhao with many supermarkets. Water taxis and ferries at Olhao take you straight out to the local islands and their more public beaches with cafes.
