Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-returnable booking deposit of 150 Euros (£100 or $175) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

    Generally, the Arrival time is 4:00 pm and Departure time is 12:00 noon to allow for cleaning of the property and washing of the linen/towels for the next guests. Please Contact Us if this is a problem and we will try our best to sort out a convenient alternative.

    A damage deposit of 150 Euros (£100 or $175) is required with the final payment which will be refunded to you in full within 7 days of the keys being returned to us and subject to there being no damage in the villa.

    Smoking must be confined to the outside areas and no pets or animals are allowed in the villa.
