This three-bedroom apartment is in a mature small development of exclusive holiday homes set in landscaped gardens, just 500 meters from the sea. All around it is the tranquillity of a 2,000 hectare estate of pastureland where animals graze, and where Ricotta and Pecorino cheeses are made and sold. Calabria is noted for its long coatline of sandy beaches, and rugged inland mountain ranges dotted with historic villages.

It provides loungers and beach umbrellas, and snack-bar amenities. The pretty seaside village of Santa Maria del Cedro, less than a kilometer away, has adequate shops, and restaurants specializing in fish and other local produce.

    Saturday Check in/out:
    Check in between 4 – 8pm, Check out by 10am. Upon request, a late arrival is possible from 8pm for an extra fee of 10 Euros per hour.

    -Final cleaning.
    -All utilities
    -For stays of more than one week, a change of bed linen and towels is provided
    -Beach towels

    Excluded from the rate: payable on check out
    - Extra bed linen will be charged at 10 Euros per bed, extra set of towels at 5 Euros per set
    - Extra cleaning will be charged at 10 Euros per hr
    - Child’s crib €50 Euros upon request.
  • Terms of payment:
    For all bookings, a deposit of 50% by bank transfer is required on signing booking agreement.
    The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
    In addition, a security deposit of 40% of the rental fee for a stay of one week and the sum of 1,000 Euro for a stay of two weeks or more, payable on arrival and refundable after house inspection before departure.
