Large, rustic farm "Cascina Montini", built in 1700, renovated, in the hamlet San Bartolomeo 3 km from the centre of La Morra, 6 km from the centre of Cherasco, 15 km from the centre of Alba, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the green. For shared use: large garden, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, 01.06.-30.09. extra), outside shower, children's playground. Breakfast on request. Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking by the house. Shop, grocers, restaurant 3 km. Golf course 5 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. Fishing possible in the area (in the rivers Tanaro and Stura). Bike hire. Direct sales of farm produce. 2-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor: living/dining room with panoramic window, with 1 double sofa bed and TV. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (oven). Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Please note: only small pets accepted. Actual prices are billed in euros, the prices displayed are for reference only.
