It's in a superb position a stones throw from the waters edge on the quiet harbour waterfront in Portreath on the spectacular North Cornish Coast and next to a lovely sandy beach. There is waterfront terrace with a sunny courtyard garden at the rear of the property. A garage fprovides secure parking /storage and there is convenient parking in the residents parking area just outside the rear garden gate. The accommodation : 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin ( plus a room with 3'bunkbeds - available during school holiday weeks). A spacious very well equipped kitchen/dining room. Spacious comfortably furnished lounge with a view over the pation and harbour . 32' LCD TV with Freeview TV.

Local walks: Several circular walks start in and around the village Stroll along a beautiful leafy woodland footpath to nearby Tehidy Golf Course, and Country Park which has its abundant wildlife and nature trails and a lake with swans. Follow the coastal footpath towards St Ives and see the ponies who live on Western Hill. Walkers and cyclists can follow an interesting route along the old Mineral Tramway from Portreath to beautiful Penpol Creek on the South coast. (Approx 11 miles - bikes can be hired nearby). Beaches: This area has some of the most beautiful beaches and coastal scenery in Cornwall - we are truly spoilt for choice . Local beaches include : Godrevy, Hayle Towans, Carbis Bay and St Ives just a few miles to the South and Porthtowan, Chapel Porth St Agnes, Perranporth and Newquay to the North.

    Dolphins Cottage is personally managed and maintained to a high standard by owners. Linen and towels inclusive in the price . A welcome tray of tea and Cornish biscuits wine and fresh flowers on arrival.

    Electricity first £5 inclusive and extra used calculated by meter readings and charged at cost. Strictly Non-smoking accommodation - regretfully no pets allowed.
