The decor is neutral and the furnishings reflect clean contemporary lines. SMOKING - the house is strictly non-smoking even on the outside patio area and the damage/breakage deposit will apply to this condition There is a damage/breakage deposit of £250 2 to 4 people and £300 for 4-6 people, which is refunded 7 days after departure provided there is no damage or breakages. Children are welcome but we would ask you to kindly ensure that crayons/paints/felt tip pens/pencils/biro etc are used only on the dining room table and not in any of the other rooms in the house. Any damage caused by use of crayons/paints/felt tip pens/pencils/biros will be deducted from your damage/breakage deposit. May we also recommend that you have cancellation insurance
