The house is in an ideal situation 5 minutes walk from the beach and seafront, and two minutes from the main shopping area of Western Road. The house has wi fi. Brighton railway station is a 15 minute walk and Churchill Square Shopping Centrel a 10 minute walk. There are a variety of restaurants and pubs nearby as well as Waitrose and a frequent bus service runs from the bottom of the street. Local attractions such as Brighton Pier, the historic Royal Pavilion. The famous Lanes and North Lanes areas are within a 15 minute walk. There is an open air childrens play area with sandpit and paddling pool 10 minutes away on the beachfront. Brighton's clubs and bars are a 15 minute walk away. No need for taxi's! Tennis can be played at nearby St Ann's Wells Gardens which also features lawn green bowls. There is also windsurfing, bowls and tennis on Hove seafront and the King Alfred leisure centre has an indoor swimming pool with children's water feature and a bowling alley.

  • Rentals dates are flexible. Arrival time is 3pm and Departure time is 10am.
    The short break rates are based on 4 people staying for additional guests the cost is £50 per person for TWO nights

    Short Breaks are available-minimum 2nts. The property is cleaned and fresh linen and towels provided prior to guests arrival.

    A travel cot is available for children up to 2yrs - please bring your own bedding for the travel cot. High-chair and buggy also provided.
  • Damage/Breakage Deposit - £250 for up to 4 people and £300 up to 6 people. Your cheque will be held and returned to you one week after your departure provided there is no damage or breakages. This deposit will also apply to any staining by fake tan products and to childrens crayons, paints, felt tip pens on walls, furniture.

Lounge with two sofas (one a sofa bed), tv/dvd, wi-fi, separate dining room to seat six overlooking small patio with table and chairs for outside dining. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and breakfast bar seating for two people. Luxury bathroom with nickel fitments, tiled floor and walls, featuring large bath, walk-in shower, two wash basins with feature mirrors, bidet, ladder towel rail and toilet. The master bedroom has a wrought iron king size bed, a wall of mirrored wardrobes,a bedside table, chest of drawers and tv . The second bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers and shelving. Children - a highchair, travel cot and buggy are available.

The house is fully equipped with towels, tea towels, linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, ovenware, iron/ironing board. The decor is neutral and the furnishings reflect clean contemporary lines. SMOKING - the house is strictly non-smoking even on the outside patio area and the damage/breakage deposit will apply to this condition There is a damage/breakage deposit of £250 2 to 4 people and £300 for 4-6 people, which is refunded 7 days after departure provided there is no damage or breakages. Children are welcome but we would ask you to kindly ensure that crayons/paints/felt tip pens/pencils/biro etc are used only on the dining room table and not in any of the other rooms in the house. Any damage caused by use of crayons/paints/felt tip pens/pencils/biros will be deducted from your damage/breakage deposit. May we also recommend that you have cancellation insurance

We have just visited Brighton and stayed at Number Nineteen which was a lovely comfortable house, very well equipped and the cleaner even came in during our stay to change the bed linen! The house is very well situated within easy walking distance of the beach, town centre, Lanes and restaurants. The only problem in Brighton is parking but we were shown where to park for free - a bonus! We loved Brighton and also found it easy to reach London by train for some days out.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Parking is not easy in Brighton but we try to ensure our guests have information on parking and we are happy to show them where to park for free!

Great house in Brighton

There was a group of 6 of us having a girly weekend and we would recommend this house. Everything we needed and although there was only one bathroom it was lovely and spacious. Location is excellent - within walking distance of beach, lanes, bar/restaurants etc. Just one small thing, the duvet supplied for the sofa bed is only a single? Hunted high and low as lots of linen/towels supplied but that was the only one! Fortunately the weekend we chose was baking hot so only a sheet was needed! Overall a lovely place to stay.

A girls weekend

We went to this house for a girls weekend break away from the kids and it was perfect. The location is great for shops, beach and restaurants. We ate at Fishy Fishy which was fabulous but you need to book in advance. The house is in a very quiet location, nothing beats nothing like waking up to hear the sound of the seagulls! My only negative comment would be that the parking isn't great as all roads close by are permit only and car parks are expensive.
