Chalet Chamoissiere is a beautiful, self-catering, chalet apartment in Monetier-les-Bains, Serre Chevalier, and is only a short walk to the ski slope slopes.with a south-facing sunny terrace and small garden with views of the mountains.
It will sleep 4 people comfortably.
The apartment has one double bedroom and a lounge/kitchen area which is fully equipped with hob, small oven, large fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, the shower-room has a vanity unit, hairdryer and shaver socket.
The lounge area has sofa beds and dining table, there are sliding doors to the terrace which has a table and chairs for summer dining.
There is a ski locker & boot storage in the lobby.
A communal swimming pool, sauna and steam room complete the facilities, and each apartment has a designated changing cubicle and parking space.
Short stays are welcome outside of the peak ski season, and throughout the summer for walking, mountain biking or just relaxing.
Newly built in 2005, it is finished in larch and stone, with underfloor heating from the local thermal springs and top of the range bathroom and kitchen fittings.
There is access to heated pool with sauna and hammam. Each apartment has it's own private changing cubicle.
The gardens are shared with the rest of the apartment, although we have our own small garden and terrace.
The apartment is on the ground floor and may be suitable for those of limited mobility
A fifth person can be accommodated on a chair bed, if they are a child under 10. Please mention this when enquiring.
Wireless Broadband internet access is provided (unless technical difficulties outside of our control prevent this)
Pets can be accommodated only by prior arrangement, and will be charged for at a rate of 30€ per stay.
The apartment has a security alarm, videophone entry, and a designated parking space.

The ski area of Serre Chevalier with 250km of pistes is just 200m from the door.
