The ground floor is open plan, a comfortable lounge, TV, DVD, video and stereo (a library of videos, CDs and books are provided), dining table, a well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer. Sliding patio doors from the lounge open onto a south facing private patio area overlooking the lake. The first floor has two bedrooms; one double with views overlooking the lake to the rear, and one twin with countryside views to the front, both have a built-in wardrobe and drawers. A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge. Bathroom with shower over bath. There are two parking spaces at the front of the cottage. Sorry no pets or smoking. Fishing in the small lake directly behind the cottage is included free of charge, more extensive fishing is available at the adjacent fishery for a small charge.
