Commanding a wonderful position and surrounded by almost two acres of grounds Roumagou is a superb property within a short walk of the delightfully pretty village aptly named Bonnes! The views from all the principal rooms are over super countryside and the property has been recently modernised not least by the provision of a magnificent swimming pool (10m x 5m) surrounded by terraced areas for sun bathing and barbecues. The accommodation is stunningly well furnished & provides a vast lounge dining room with a wood burning fire, satellite TV, video, CD system and French doors to the balcony which in turn leads down to the pool area. There are three bedrooms, two doubles-one with king sized bed- and one twin, a large family bathroom with bath, separate shower, w.c. and twin basins, plus a further separate w.c. and basin in a cloakroom situated off the large entrance hall.

The kitchen is very French in style and well equipped with fridge, double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher etc and there is a large walk in pantry/utility room which provides for the washing machine, fridge/freezer and useful storage space. Heating in the property is electric plus the wood burning fire. Bed linen and towels are provided also for the swimming pool. Fishing, kayking, river beach swimming, riding, golf and cycling/walking routes are all close by and the local restaurant and bar can be reached on foot in ten minutes with more shops available by car within ten minutes. Major shopping and sightseeing is all reachable in about half an hour.
