Thanks!

Review Submitted: August 5, 2011 Date of Stay: May 2011
Hi Andrew and Judith,
Firstly, apologies that it's taken a while to write this revew - I did do one a while ago but for some reason it didn't appear and it's taken a bit long than I expected to get back to it.
Just wanted to say a huge thanks again for a really relaxing stay at your lovely cottage. I haven't been to Kent for so many years, it was great to be reminded how beautiful the countryside is, and how much there is to see and do. It was just a shame we only had a couple of days this time but it's made me determined to come back again soon.. but for longer this time!! Thanks again, C & P

Wonderful Break

Review Submitted: July 20, 2011 Date of Stay: May 2011
We stayed in the cottage in May with our son and his wife and their new baby! We had a lovely week. Very nice property, clean and well equipped. The cottage is in a quiet location with wonderful views. Also nice having two bathrooms between us. As we were arriving late I arranged with the owners to have a Sainsburys delivery before we arrived which they kindly packed away for us-much easier than trying to shop on the way! Just email them and ask. On the tourist side we visited Leeds and Dover Castle both of which were beautiful. On other side of the village we found the greensand way- great for views and birdwatching. Fish and chips at Whitstable and a visit to the Turner Contempory at Margate finished up our week. A very enjoyable week in a lovely cottage. We hope to be back again soon.

A quiet battery re charge

Review Submitted: July 19, 2011 Date of Stay: April 2011
We stayed here in April and found the cottage delightful. The whole place was clean, well equipped and Andrew and Judith were perfect hosts. A very pleasant outlook from the wooden deck - an ideal place for a pre dinner glass of wine! The nearby village is quite small but adequate for grocery shopping etc. Obviously a great deal of effort has gone in to making this accommodation comfortable and well equipped. We would certainly recommend it - a good base to visit London for the day or to explore the Kent countryside.
