We also require £50.00 deposit against any damages, which will be refunded when cleaners have checked apartment. Smoking allowed outside on terrace.
    Rental rates, 2 weeks get 10% off, Over 2 weeks 20% off, Repeat booking 15% off 1 week, 20% off 2 weeks, over 2 weeks 30% off, Long bookings will negotiate price.

The Terrace gets the sun all year round. This fully furnished apartment is only 50m from the beach. The harbour is nearby for local seafood/fish restaurants. Near shops & Supermarkets, bank, bars & restaurants, also there is a water park and golf course within the resort. Roquetas is still a very Spanish town, it has a very good and large beach perfect for swimming and water sports.
