The villa is ideally situated to allow you to enjoy your holiday. The golf hotel, club house and golf course are 20 minutes walk.
The Villa benefits from air conditioning (2 units) as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
There are two double bedrooms, both with IKEA beds and quality matresses. 1 twin bedroom, TV, DVD player. There is a single foldaway bed suitable for children also.
Most of our bedlinen is either from IKEA or the Hotel 5* fine thread coton range. Dining area with table and 6 chairs.
Outside there are 6 solid acacia wooden chairs with contour backs making them more comfy to sit on, each chair has a cushion, and a large solid wooden table, 6 sun loungers and non slip patio area. Remote control wireless pool lighting system, allowing you to sit out with the pool lit up at night.
The south facing terrace has a part shaded area with bamboo. Fully equipped kitchen with: Washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle.
Built in oven and gas hob, stainless steel cooking utensils, plates and crockery for 6 persons, iron and ironing board. Bathroom with: Bath and shower, heating, towels and hairdryer. All linen and towels are included (except beach towels).
Children are very welcome, and we can provide a travel cot and booster seat at no extra cost. Additionally we have our own small children, and therefore we also have the following essentials such as a bath mat, plastic cutlery, plates and cups, a few toys and DVDs, so bring your favourite films. The complex itself includes international golf and club house with occasional evening entertainments. Shops and restuarants including, Chinese, Indian, Spanish and Asian Wok...2 supermarkets. Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall. A car is recommended for this stay. It is possible to catch the train from Totana (10 minutes drive) to the city of Murcia which takes around 20 minutes and approx 5 euros return.
