Photos and Description of this Kato Paphos holiday apartment

The apartment is located in the Universe Area of Kato Paphos about 1.5 miles from the sea (the opposite end of the town from the Tomb of the Kings). It is part of a quite new, small complex of about 30 flats. There is a large shared swimming pool and private car park. The pool is surrounded by a wide paved area, safe for children to play in. There are two bedrooms, one double (with en suite shower room) and one twin, and a sofa bed (with extra mattress) can be used to sleep one more guest. A cot is also available. Air-conditioning and beach towels are included. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a private patio for dining in the balmy evening air. Please note that this is a family apartment and we do not take single sex groups.

Nearest Airport: Paphos at 15 Minutes
Paphos enjoys warm seas throughtout the summer and there are plenty of water sports available including water-skiing, jetskis, para-gliding and scuba diving. Horse riding is available at George's Ranch in Coral Bay (15 minutes by car). Three golf clubs are situated within 30 minutes drive. The Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark is open from May to October. Paphos Aquarium is situated along the promenade. Paphos, once the capital of Cyprus, is now a relaxing seaside resort in the south-west corner of the island. It has cosy, safe beaches, a large variety of restaurants and bars, and a few discos and night-clubs just behind the promenade but it is most suitable for those seeking a quieter holiday. The long promenade leads to the harbour area, which is steeped in history. Ancient ruins, mosaics and an amphitheatre are all open to the public.

  • Change over day is flexible. Sheets and towels are changed weekly. Beach towels are provided.

    A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week (or part thereof) is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made 6 weeks before arrival. A security/breakage deposit of £50 is required at the same time as the full payment - this is fully refundable provided there have been no breakages or loses.

    The price is for the apartment, not per person.

    Discounts are available for stays of two weeks or more.

This is a quite new ground floor apartment which sleeps up to 5 people. It offers a high standard of facilities including a beautiful fitted kitchen, open plan lounge area leading to a patio large enough for outdoor dining. The flat is fully air-conditioned and heating is provided for the cooler winter evenings. The master bedroom provides an en suite shower room. The patio leads to the large outdoor pool. Sirena Olympia is located in a quiet area of Kato Paphos half way between the sea and the main shopping area of Pano Paphos. Paphos enjoys year round sunshine with an average summer maximum temperature of around 30ºC and average winter minimum temperature of 7ºC. Due to their height, the Troodos mountains are snow covered in winter but snow is almost unheard of around the coast. Because of its location, Cyprus has always been a strategically and economically important place and as such has much to offer in the way of history and religion.

Tourism is now an important part of the Cypriot economy and the local people always have a warm welcome for visitors. However, there is plenty of unspoilt countryside and local village life continues at a slow pace outside the main coastal towns. Cyprus produces excellent wines from both vineyards and monasteries. The supposed birthplace of Aphrodite, Cyprus remains the Island of Love.

went for two weeks in october apartment was amazing everthing was just as described spotless well maintained and help on hand 24hrs if needed. Was a reference book for local places to eat, see and places to go all we needed and more!fantastic customer service which made everthing that much easier have told allour friends and family and have booked to go back x
