The Benalmadena marina is also a walk/taxi/bus ride away with it's multitude of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina.

It is furnished to a very high standard with marble flooring and air conditioning throughout. There is a private garage and additional parking. The complex is in private grounds with a security gate and a video phone access system. There are 2 pools (1 main & 1 childrens), the pool area is nicely positioned in the middle of the complex surrounded by the apartments gardens, around the pool is grassed with fixed parasols for guest use. The apartment is within easy reach to many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Benalmadena marina is also a walk/taxi/bus ride away with it's multitude of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. The apartment is perfectly positioned within 100m of the beach/sea and 2kms from Torrequabrada golf course and many other courses in the region.
