Makana Villa, completed in December 2005, continues the tradition of Discovery Bay as having the finest collection of luxurious homes in Jamaica, and possibly the Caribbean. Four of the spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and the family room are upstairs, and the two downstairs bedrooms are separated from the public areas of the house by a water feature for added privacy. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies or verandahs with views of the bay.

Outdoor living is complimented by the infinity-edge swimming pool, hot tub and seaside gazebo with spectacular views of Discovery Bay, the mountains, and brilliant sunsets.

Active guests can enjoy the well equipped air-conditioned gym with outdoor shower and spa, and the private tennis court with lights for night play. Complimentary kayaks and snorkeling equipment is also provide for your enjoyment.

-Bedroom 1 Master bedroom is a 840 sq. ft. suite with king bed, lounge area, full-size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and private balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
-Bedroom 2 is 540 sq. ft. with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, flat screen TV, and private balcony.
-Bedroom 3 is 480 sq. ft. with a king size bed en-suite bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, and private balcony.
-Bedroom 4 is 450 sq. ft. with two queen size beds, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, flat screen TV, and private balcony.
