Malatai Villa is a spectacular and beautiful addition to our Ocho Rios villas. Completed in 2004 this spacious and luxurious 6-bedroom villa is the ultimate in refined living. Every attention was given to the finishing details of this beautiful villa; from the exquisite Jerusalem Stone floors, hardwood bedroom floors and cabinetry, to the granite counter tops and marble bathrooms.

Nestled in a tropical woodland garden next to the renowned Villa Lido and separated by a small stream, Malatai offers the perfect combination of seclusion, luxury and convenience. Just a few minutes drive away are two of the area's best known attractions: Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove, downtown Ocho Rios is just a 10-minute drive.

The public areas of the villa interior consist of a spacious living room which opens onto an expansive outdoor, covered veranda with comfortable cushioned seating. This outdoor veranda is perfect for relaxing, reading, watching the sunsets, or enjoying a cool drink. A family room with large screen TV with cable, DVD, stereo with CD, and a library of CDs and DVD's is perfect for indoor relaxing. The villa also comes with a well-equipped gym with sea views, for the more active guests.

Upstairs the villa has two Master Suites overlooking the sea; with king-size beds, balcony and en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, Jacuzzi tubs and marble vanities. There is also a children's bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level. The children's bedroom is furnished with 3 bunk beds, and is capable of sleeping 6 children. Downstairs are three bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds each, private balconies with sea views, and marble bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned, and have ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs with cable, telephones and safes.

The exterior spaces with their tropical woodlands, gardens and gorgeous beach provide perfect setting for this magnificent villa. The back of the villa opens to a beautifully landscaped lawn with swimming pool, outdoor seating and dining areas, and the white sand Old Fort Bay beach. The cleverly constructed fence between the house and beach can be opened up to afford beach views from the house or pool; but can slide shut to provide privacy at night.

-Children's Room upstairs has 2 bunk beds, hardwood floors, balcony and en-suite bathroom.
