Nutmeg Villa, is a beautiful, fully renovated 5-bedroom, 4,600 sq ft. villa in the Spring Farm area of Montego Bay. Located on 5 acres of tropical gardens with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea, Nutmeg is a spectacular addition to the Montego Bay luxury villa accommodations.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and open to the verandah with views of the sea, and are equipped with cable televisions, DVD players, iPod docks and telephones with intercoms.

The air-conditioned den is equipped with a 42-inch home theatre system, computer with ADSL internet access, fax machine, printer and copier. The house also has a wireless network for laptop users.

Bedroom Configuration:
Cable television, DVD players and air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms.

Main Level:
-Bedroom 1 master bedroom has a king four-poster bed, large en suite bathroom with two-person Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. The dressing area has double vanities and sinks.
-Bedroom 2 has a king bed, en suite bathroom with shower/tub and bidet.
-Bedroom 3 has a king bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
-Bedroom 4 has optional king bed or two twin beds; en suite bathroom with shower/tub.

Lower Level:
-Bedroom 5 has the option of 1 king and 1 twin bed or 3 twin beds. This room is in essence a spacious suite with a 40-inch wall-mounted television, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette and a pool table. This suite is accessed via an external staircase and opens to the pool terrace.

Villa rental includes complimentary membership at Rose Hall Resort and Country Club**. This resort hotel is five minutes from Nutmeg and provides beach, elaborate children's water park, tennis, golf and other amenities.

In addition to the newly redesigned Rose Hall course golf enthusiasts have three other championship caliber courses in close proximity: the fabulous, new Ritz-Carlton course; Half Moon Bay golf course, and the Ironshore course.

The villa has a large 20 x 35 foot fresh water swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs, floats and umbrella shaded tables. The large estate has beautiful grounds with a spacious lawn area perfect for children to play.
