Furnished 2 storied spanish villa situated in a commanding position with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside and sea. Situated on the beautiful El Pinar hillside overlooking the twin villages of Alcossebre and Las Fuentes on the Costa del Azahar. This is an ideal property for open fresh air living with great weather nearly the whole year and relaxing with privacy and quiet for a restful holiday. Suitable for adults to relax with privacy and quiet for a completely restful holiday. Very spacious and private for larger groups Large private swimming pool (12.6 metres long, 2.7 metres depth) plus small pool for children. Wifi internet access, double glazing windows, air conditioning and heating. 5 kilometers drive from 4 blue flag beaches. The “Costa Azahar” has a 120-kilometre (74-mile) strip of coastline where visitors can enjoy both sea and mountain scenery with its numerous orange orchards.

Dive boats depart from the marina for scuba diving at the Columbretes islands (group of small uninhabited islets of volcanic origin). 4 Impressive Blue Flag Beaches, which are equipped with football pitches, volleyball nets, play areas. The marina at Las Fuentes has a variety of waterfront bars and restaurants to suit every taste. The largest seawater spa (40,000 sq. mtr) in Europe is a 25 mins drive South at Oropesa del Mar. Music festivals, Aquarama waterpark, and Go-Karting at Benicassim is 21 Miles, (1/2 hour drive) to the South. Bowling at Benicarlo is 30Kms (35 mins drive) to the North. 15 minutes drive north is Morello Adventure Circuit. Port Aventura theme park at Salou (1 1/2 hr drive North) contains the only 8 looped roller coaster in the world.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Changeover day is flexible all year round so you can take advantage of cheaper flights. Check-in: normally 3pm. Check-out: usually 10am, but where possible we are flexible.

    A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

    For stays of more than 1 week, a change of sheets and towels is provided. The prices are inclusive of electricity and use of sheets, towels and unlimited data use with Wifi connection. We recommend that you hire a car.

    This villa has sole use and access to the pool in July and August. Only guests occupying the Big House in July and August can rent the Little House, if they require extra accomodation.

A rustic style villa situated in tranquil protected park land known as El Pinar, which is a 10 minute drive to the sea and coastal village of Alcossebre. The villa has a large terrace with built in barbecue, and is suitable for dining out. The terrace extends the whole length of the villa, with views over the sea and countryside. The air conditioning is not a necessity as the breezes maintain a comfortable temperature. Nearest airport is Valencia (1 ½ hours drive). Low Cost airline, Easyjet fliy to Valencia. Reus airport (1 hour drive), Ryanair flies daily into Reus. Thomsonfly, First Choice, Flythomascook, Flybe, fly to Reus between May and October. Barcelona airport (2 ½ hours drive), low-cost airlines (Easyjet, Bmibaby, Monarch Etc) fly to Barcelona throughout the year from several regions of the UK. Trains to Valencia and Barcelona go from Vinaros and Benicarlo. The trip to Barcelona takes around two hours (by car or train), to Valencia it is about one and a half hours.

Castellon airport is expected to open in 2010 The living room and master bedroom lead onto the terrace. The kitchen leads off the hallway and has a large open arch to the living / dining room. A spiral staircase from the living room leads to two bedrooms and second bathroom below. Freesat HD on 32' TV. All windows are double glazed with pull down mosquito screens. Air conditioning units in bedrooms and living room are split between either providing air conditioning in summer or heating in winter. Wifi internet access is at 6Mb per second. Cots, if required, can be arranged for an extra 25 Euro per week. Good weather all year round. The Big House has been completely renovated throughout with new bathrooms, fitted kitchen, windows, appliances etc
