Built in 2002 it is set amidst the rolling countryside between historic St. Andrews 7 miles and Dundee 4 miles. A modern detached home, all on ground level, spacious, bright and beautifully furnished. Fully fitted kitchen/ breakfast room with views over the golf course. Large lounge with three piece suite, television, video, dvd, gas fire and views over golf course. The Discovery ship home to Captain Scott's voyage to Antartica is docked in Dundee. Glamis castle with its fairytale turrets and secret rooms, childhood home of the late Queen Mother. Edinburgh, only an hours drive away has many attractions eg.its famous castle,The Royal Yacht Britannia, aquarium, wildlife park, historical tours, excellent shopping centre plus too many more to mention! Perth , Pitlochry and the beautiful countryside of the glens and lochs of Scotland are also within an hours drive.

Luxurious tranquility with stunning views

My family and I have just returned from our fifth visit to "Craigview" and continue to enjoy the house, the location and all the activities that can be enjoyed within the area.

Yet again, we have enjoyed it so much that we have already secured our booking for next year, which will be our sixth year in a row. It's a lovely way for the family to spend quality time together.

Bored? Not a bit of it!

My family consists of three generations - Mum, myself and hubby and daughter and son-in-law, and we all love it! My hubby and son-in-law golf every day and the girls shop in a different town or city every day - what more could one wish for?

We enjoy wonderful home cooked meals prepared in the fabulous kitchen and also enjoy every home comfort anyone would require whilst on holiday.

The house provides three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bath/shower room. There is never a queue for a loo at "Craigview".

The property provides luxury, tranquilty, location and heaps of things to entertain you during your stay and I am sure you will want to return again and again.

Relaxation at its best

A great deal of thought has gone into this property. It was clean, modern and very well equipped. The extra touches such as milk in fridge, tea/coffee, packet of shortbread and bottle of wine!!!!!!! were very much appreciated.

It is ideally situated for Dundee and St Andrews. St Andrews is a really beautiful little town and has some great indivdual shops. Janetta's is a lovely cafe in St Andrews for either coffee/cake or a spot of lunch.

A must visit if you enjouy a walk is Tentsmuir Forrest and beach. you can walk for miles along the beach.

We had a great week and I would not hesitate to recommend this propery.

Our stay at Craigview Drumoig

In June 2009 we stayed for a week at Craigview. The property is very modern, situated in a quiet location beside the Drumoig golf course. It is within easy travelling distance from Dundee and St Andrews and provides a wonderful base for exploring the surrounding countyside. The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern conveniences. The owners were very professional in their approach to us as customers and kept their side of the agreement. We would highly recommend the property to anyone who wants a base in this area. It is ideal for families and very safe for children.
