Our recently built villa is very well equipped. It is our second home and very comfortably furnished with all mod cons including fans and hot & cold air con. Situated on the edge of Camposol development with lovely country views yet with the convenience but not the noise of plenty of nearby facilities. A car is desirable to explore this fascinating part of Spain. The local road & rail networks are very good enabling easy touring of the historic nearby cities of Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante to name but a few. The motorway network in the area is fantastic, hardly a car in sight - making travel a pleasure with easy access to the new marina, port, new shopping malls and fascinating history of the area. If you are fortunate to be having a home built in this area why not stay at our house - we are close to the new Polaris World site. Discount for long term and repeat bookings. Lovely unspoilt beaches 15 mins drive with watersports facilities, fishing, beach side bars & restaurants.

Cheap flights always available to Murcia & Alicante. Excellent on site facilities, inc luxury health spa. Nearby you will find National Espuna Park, come and have a soak in the healing thermal springs nearby - they are free! , markets selling lovely fresh fruit & veg, clothing, etc. For total peace of mind the property is fitted with security grills so while you are out enjoying yourselves you can relax knowing your possessions are safe back home. Helpful local English speaking caretaker. Good mobile phone reception, nearby internet cafe & internet phone so you can keep in touch if you want to!
