The master bedroom is on the first floor with patio doors opening onto a long veranda. Remote controlled air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and there is a portable electric fan in the other double bedroom, also en-suite. 1 small bedroom with bunk beds. The bathrooms have toilets, bath tub and shower in one and shower room and toilet in the other.

The property is approached by a private driveway and has a gated entrance, beyond which is a double, roofed car port. The garden around the house and the pathways are lit.
