A beautiful and cool apartment offering all home comforts plus air conditioning, Satelite TV and SKY free-to-view, two spacious terraces and a huge roof terrace with sea views, set within a private and quiet condominium with free use of two quality outdoor pools, a gym with jacuzzi, sauna and machines, 2 professional tennis courts and a large childrens playground. Also set within the lush mediterranean gardens is a good restaurant with some live entertainment, bars and cafe near the larger pool, bridge sessions and other activities. Also within the same complex, overlooking the smaller of the two pools is another one bedroom apartment.

Smaller pool set in lawns with palm trees by the entrance of the apartment building is 10 x 4 metres. The gym contains sauna and jacuzzi, weights, spinbikes and fitness machines. A trainer is also available. Two professional sized tennis courts can be reserved for two hour sessions. The restaurant caters for all tastes, with outdoor and indoor seating, barbeque nights and other varieties of cuisine plus live music, salsa dancing and other activities.A large communal barbeque area with outdoor seating is also available for guests'use. Three wonderful courses reached in just 5 - 10 minutes by car: For golfers, there is a lovely new 36 hole golf club called Quinta da Ria just to the east of Tavira at a place called Fabrica.

  • We are flexible about arrival and departure days though would like to keep bookings as close as possible to one another and can let for a minimum of four nights.

    Departure by 10am unless otherwise requested and Arrival not before 1pm unless ther is no changeover on that day.
    Guests will have a contact number in case any assistance is required.

    Booking conditions:
    30% deposit within 1 week of request, remaining 70% 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival, 100% payable at time of booking.

    Cancellation refunds:
    Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
    4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
    Less than 4 weeks – no refund
