The house is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate 12 adults, in 6 bedrooms, so is ideal for a large family holiday, club outing or group booking. The games room has a dartboard and proper full sized bar pool table. Whilst the house is conveniently placed within easy reach of restaurants, pubs & shops it remains tranquil thanks to it's own 300 yard long lane. The beach at Broad Haven is only 15 minutes away.
It has a large beamed farmhouse kitchen, which is big enough to seat twelve. The kitchen is equipped with a with double oven gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and larder fridge. The spacious utility room houses freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, as well as recycling facilities.
There is a lounge sitting room, both comfortably furnished with leather suites. One is equipped with a TV, DVD and personal hard drive recorder, whilst the other has an extensive library and a Hi-Fi system, complete with CD.
There are various other pass-times , such as jigsaws, Monopoly, Cluedo, children’s toys, etc.

The 6 bedrooms consist of 2 King-sized, 2 twins, 1 single and 1 family room with 3 singles. If the house is required by 6 couples, the single room can easily be converted to a twin (advanced notice would be appreciated). One of the twins is situated on the ground floor and has an adjacent bathroom, with WC & shower, so may be ideal for people who have difficulty with stairs.
There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower and one with a bath. Both have toilets.
The house centrally heated. Bed-linen and towels are inclusive as is heating, gas and electricity. There is free access to the Internet via our WiFi (customers need to bring their own wireless enabled laptop computer.
There is a large & enclosed garden with brick-built charcoal barbecue and children's swing.
There is plenty of space to park in the courtyard.
