LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE :
Le Moulin Rouge is very large and ideal for large group of friends or family, offering lot of different areas to keep its own privacy and relax in.
There are 6 large bedrooms : 2 with double beds, 1 with a double and a single bed, 3 twin bedrooms and an extra mattress.
The house has 1 Bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 shower room with toilet, and two other separated toilets.
The fully equiped kitchen has a new induction hob, Electric Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Washing machine, and Dishwasher.
The living room is very large and leads onto the pool area and gardens with two very large french windows.
It has a cosy salon with fireplace to relax in (please note there is NO TV) and a large dining room.
There is a Telephone which will take incoming calls and for contacting the Emergency Services. There is also a broadband connexion in the house with a computer.
THE MATURE AND BEAUTIFULL GARDENS:
But it is probably outside, under the roofed Patio area that you will probably prefer to take most of your meals. It is equiped with a large built-in barbecue and a pizza oven. There is another covered terrace with garden furniture on the left size of the house.
The mature gardens, which is not shared with anybody else, is 3000m² and it's equipped with sun loungers. There is lot of apple and pruns trees, beautifull rose trees, and even a small natural source.
It offers large grassing areas to play and car park close by the house for your convenience.
It is all fenced.
THE NEW BUILT POOL :
The new built swimming pool (achieved June 2008) is 5m x 12m. It is 2m deep, ideal to swim in
It is semi covered which means you can use it even when weather is cloudy/raining.
In addition there is an electric cover which helps to keep it warm when temperatures go down at night.
The pool can easily be heated if required (with no extra cost)
There is a large tiled area around the pool with sun beds, table to play, and a ping-pong table
