La Begonie is a traditional stone house set in a very peaceful and quiet countryside. Set on a hilly position, in a small picturesque hamlet, the house enjoys a breath taking view over the valley below. The house also enjoys a private garden and a ovely terrace area under a 100 years old oak. The area XXXXXXX The picturesque village of Daglan, set 2 minutes drive away, offers a very good restaurant, small supermaket, butcher, bakery and a nice colored market on the sunday morning. The small river named 'Le céou' is at 5 minutes from the house and it's ideal for children as it is not deep and enjoys very clear water. There are lots of pic nique areas the long of the river.

  • Changeover day is saturday, althought we are flexible May, June and September

    Arrivals - Saturday afternoon from 4.00pm to 7.00pm
    Departure - saturday morning by 10.00am
  • Guests are requested to leave the proprety in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next guests.
    A cleaning service is available, if required, at a cost of 70 Euros, payable locally to our agent.
    Please advise when booking if require this service.
    Bed Linen and Towels are available at extra cost:
    12€/double bed, 10€/single bed and 6€/towel set (hand and bath towel)
    Please indicate if you wish to hire them when booking, payable in full on arrival

    During cooler periods an efficent eletric heating keeps you warm (extra to be paid locally according to use).
  • 30% deposit with booking. Remainder to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

    Breakage deposit of 200 Euros to be paid on arrivaln returnable on departure.

THE HOUSE LAYOUT: Combining modern comfort and the typical gite charms, this old farm accomodates you within a framework of greenery to make you pass from pleasant holidays. The house offers on two levels: - in Groundfloor: a large kitchen and entirely equipped with refrigerateur/freezer, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves... there is a table and chairs to dine in - a living room with a sofa which can accomodate two other guests, armchairs, TV. - a large 'japonese' bathroom with bath and sep shower - a separated wc - a small cellar with the washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the upper level : one with a double bed, the other room with two single beds. There is an extra simple bed to accomodate a small kid.

THE GARDENS AND VIEWS : The large garden is delicious and the amazing view it offer you is just... amazing! There is a nice terrace area set under a 100 years old majestic oak - ideal to lay in during these hot lazy afternoons ! you can park on the gardens
