A luxury, light & contemporary 2 bedroom flat right on the beach. The large open-plan living & dining area (with double patio doors to balcony) and kitchen overlook the Channel. An ideal base for walking, cycling and touring the many attractions in the South-East. The flat is a short walk to the Waterfront complex at Sovereign Harbour with its Marina, restaurants, shops, cafes, cinema and supermarket. Only 5 minutes walk to bus-stop with a regular service to Eastbourne town centre (about 2 miles) and other attractions. Available for holiday and longer term lets (off-peak periods only). Discounts available with lets over 2 weeks. Town centre and seafront are easily accessible by car, bus or bicycle.

Boat & fishing trips available from the Harbour. Sovereign Harbour is about 3 miles from the Town Centre and is the largest marina development in the UK. Started in 1993, it includes some 76 acres of water with 5 harbours and more than 1300 berths. The locks are manned 24 hours a day, every day and visiting vessels are always welcome. Berths are available to rent either daily or weekly. The 'Waterfront' is the quayside promenade with plenty of outside seating making for a relaxing place to sit and watch the world and the boats go by. There are family and specialist restaurants, bars, cafes and a variety of shops.

  • Available for weekly, monthly or short breaks (minimum of 3 nights off-peak period only). Discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more if no linen change or interim cleaning required. Please add £50 per week if more than 4 people staying.

    A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. A refundable security deposit of £150 is required against breakages and damages with the deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 10 working days of returning the keys providing everything is in order after checking the flat.
  • Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own. Sorry no pets or smoking inside. Please arrive after 4pm on start date and departure latest by 10am on last day of holiday. During off-peak periods, arrival and departure times can be arranged in advance.

The hall benefits from 2 large storage cupboards. Gas central heating throughout. Access is by either stair or lift. Covered private designated car park. A separate car park available for visitors. The flat has an entry phone system and shared binstore by the covered parking. Eastbourne has been awarded the Seaside Award for its clean and safe beaches for the past eight years and top sunshine hours. Try the tranquil hideaway Falling Sands Beach at the foot of Beachy Head or the popular stretch between the pier and Wish Tower. Along the 5 miles of seafront promenade, visit the Carpet Gardens, the Napoleonic Martello Towers (one is now a museum) and the restored Victorian Pier.

The town boasts a pretty, specialist 'Little Chelsea' shopping quarter and, in the Centre, an Arndale mall, market-style Enterprise Centre and a pedestrian precinct. There are 4 theatres, indoor leisure centre with fitness and leisure pools and a third with wave machine, fountains and a slide.
