Casa Blanca is situated in central Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote. Casa Blanca is approximately a 5 minute stroll the Beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min stroll to the old town of Puerto del Carmen, with its harbour area. The villa is on three levels. Leading from the entrance hall there ia a fully equipped kitchen come sitting room with balcony looking over the pool area. On this level there are two bedrooms, 1 twin bed room and one double, and a bathroom. On the top level there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and a balcony looking out over the pool with sea views. There is also a very large and private sun terrace on this level, perfect for sunbathing. On the lower level there is a sitting room leading out on to a patio area. Steps lead up to the pool, sun terrace with barbeque and dining area. There is a twin bedroom ensuite.Smoking indoors is not permitted. Smoking is permitted in pool/patio/Bar B Q/Balcony areas etc.
