Although ergonomically designed for a wheelchair user, this house, pool and the surroundings are perfect for all people of all ages to enjoy. There is a wheelchair on the premises for use in the bathroom, purposely water resistant. Toilet seats and all bathroom fittings are customised, plus shower seats for elderly or unstable users.A levered seat has been especially designed for lowering wheelchairs users or unsteady walkers into the pool water. Interior and exterior excellent for easy manoevering. Our pool is 9 x 5m with a depth that goes from 1.10m to 1.50m so it is not suitable for diving. 7 sunbeds and mattresses are provided by the pool. An outdoor shower area is set by the pool. A large wooden ceiling provides wonderful shade over an outside patio, perfect for dining outside in front of the pool and magnificent sea views. At the back of the house is a purpose built barbeque area with seating, near the fruit orchard.

Trees include lemon, avocado, orange, guava, fig, carob, olive and sharon fruit. Covered parking is found at the entrance of the property. All the outside areas can be lit at night. There is pool heating though for the season that the house is available for let. There is also a wood burning stove in the living room and underfloor heating, though not appropriate for summer lettings! A selection of beaches can be reached in 15 mins by car and charming rural towns and villages are all within 10 mins from this authentic and peaceful hamlet setting.
