Additional information about rental rates

• Prices are based on 6 people - each extra person costs 50 euros per week.
  
  We require thirty per cent of the total price as a deposit, to be paid within one week of reservation. The balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival.
  We will acknowledge arrival of funds by e mail and on payment of the balance, up to eight weeks prior to arrival, we will send the driving instructions by e mail.
  
  Guests will be met at the villa and will have a contact number in case any assistance is required.
  
  Cancellation refunds
  Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
  4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
  Less than 4 weeks – no refund
  
  Any day for changeover.
  
  Arrivals after 2pm and departures before 10 am unless otherwise arranged.
  
  Once weekly linen and towel change. Extra maid service optional and can be paid directly to cleaner at a local rate.
  
  We will happily forward more pictures if required.
• We recommend car hire and can arrange this from a local reputable company. We also can arrange for bicycle hire and taxi transfer on request.
