Recently built to in the elevated back garden is a large decking area which has stunning views over the village and uninterupted views over the Irish Sea to Ireland. The accommodation of The Potters Rest comprises: Ground Floor: Entrance Hall, Sitting Room W.C. & Dining Kitchen. Upper Floor: Hallway, Bedroom 1(Double), Bedroom 2(Double), Bedroom 3 (Twin), Bedroom 4(Bunk Beds) & Bathroom. The cottage has oil fired central heating double glazing and in the sitting room there is a coal fire. For those who have families the cottage has a high chair and a travel cot. The property is let with towels and bed linen. On street parking is available in Colonel Street and ample additional on street parking is available in surrounding streets.

A short walk from the property there is a free public car park.
