Within 10 mins. you can reach the village of Sovicille with all services you may require. The property is seted with a main house and a guest house, making it an ideal place for large families or groups of friends together who still wish to have their own space, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities

There is also a Gymnasium(95sqm) spacious and peaceful, retreats for the practice of holistic, energetic and oriental arts, courses in Yoga and meditation are available on request,the good acoustic of the room is ideal for music practices,dance,workshops.

This romantic farmhouse is only 17 Km from Siena, one hour from Florence and three hours from Rome. Within five minutes you can reach the village of Sovicille, where there are restaurants, banks, supermarkets and all other services you may require. In ancient times, Le Caggia was a shorecropper's farm on the estate of the Castle of Celsa, and even today it retains some remnants of its history. All the 5 bedrooms have double beds, but under request in three bedrooms it's possible to have 2 singles beds. In the bedrooms of the main house it's possible to add a third extra bed.On request we have babybeds.

The house is enclosed in its own grounds, has its own swimming pool that uses the salt instead of chlorine, a safer and more natural system to purify the water and a large tidy garden(4000square meters) all around offering peaceful scenery, with tables and chairs for dining al fresco and several comfortable relaxing spots to enjoy the spectacular view and the colours and perfumes of the surrounding nature. If you enjoy cooking outside try barbecuing, overlooking the panorama or catching an amazing sunset. There is also a table tennis, volleyball net. It's the perfect setting for peaceful walks, sunbathing, cycling and exploring.
