The apartment is located in a 16th century building on the ancient greek street (decumanus) called 'Spaccanapoli'. It is in the middle of the main highlights of the town (National museum, Santa Chiara church, Jesus' square, San Gregorio Armeno, Plebiscito's Square, San Carlo theatre). In 5 minutes walking you can reach the underground and the terminus of Cumana metropolitan railway. With these public services you can move throughout the town and the surrounding areas (Pompei, Pozzuoli, Sorrento). Fee reduction for couples. The naturally very well sunlighted apartment of 80 sqm, totally restored, is an open space with a loft with a parquet floor for 2-3 people (up to 5 with restrictions), kitchen with dishwasher, 1/2 bathrooms with bath and shower. The wide window and the balcony permit to have a panoramic view of Vesuvio and the gulf of Naples. You can reach the port (molo Beverello) in 10 minutes walk where you can find ferries and hidrofoil boats to the isles and Sorrento.

The apartment is so central, close to the street market, and with a real neighbourhood feel. There are outstanding views of Vesuvius and down the Decumanus. We loved the spaciousness and light, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay while we explored this amazing city. We look forward to a return visit, and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

We spend excellent 5 nights on december at Sergios apartment with my wife and 8 months old daughter.Apartment was SUPER it felt like home and the location could not be better.I recommend this apartment from my heart for everybody who stays at Naples!!

idéalement situé pour découvrir la vie de Naples

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans cet appartement vraiment très bien situé, central à proximité des transports publics et dans un quartier populaire où nous avons pu acheter à bons prix d'excellents produits napolitains (notamment les fruits et les légumes, quel délice !). L'appartement est propre, spacieux, sans doute refait à neuf récemment, bien équipé, silencieux pour bien dormir la nuit,vue dominante sur la ville et le Vésuve. Juste deux choses à savoir : l'immeuble est en haut d'une rue très pentue, difficile donc d'accès pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ; il n'y pas de chambres fermées, c'est en mézanine. Sinon, l'accueuil par la soeur du propriétaire a été très sympa, elle habite l'appartement d'à côté. C'était un plaisir de se retrouver dans cet appartement après de bonnes journées de visite.
