Notes to the rental rates

• On the day of arrival the property will be ready for 3:00 pm. On the final day the property should be vacated no later than 10:00 am.
  
• A 30% deposit is payable on confirmation of your booking. The remaining balance is payable 56 days before the start of your stay, this date will be confirmed at time of booking.
  You can make your deposit and final payment online via Pay Pal (details will be given at time of booking) or alternatively you can pay by cheque.
  
• This property requires a refundable breakage deposit of £150.00 to be paid 56 days before the start of your stay which will be confirmed at time of booking. This will be returned, less any charges for damage, 14 days after the end of the stay date which will be confirmed again at time of booking.

Skiing Information:

There are Ski runs of all degrees of difficulty in Pamporovo, most of the tracks start from the very peak. Also, there are three cross-country runs in the resort with total length of around 40 km. BEGINNERS: Can start with the ski school of Pamporovo which is quite famous for its quality tuition. Starting on the nursery slopes and then progressing onto the higher ski runs. INTERMEDIATE SKIERS: The total length of ski runs which are suitable for Intermediates is approx. 20 km. These skiers can jump on the triple chairlift from the Malina station going to the top of Snejanka peak. Or, a single chair lift goes to the middle station from where the new four persons lift runs up to the peak. ADVANCED SKIERS: Can jump on the drag lift from the middle station which runs up the side of “The Wall”. It is the most difficult ski run in the resort. But there are also difficult ski runs like the Giant Slalom run which is an excellent exercise for every skiing expert.
