The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a king size bed (memory foam mattress topper), the other has 2 twin beds. The bath is also on the 2nd floor. The lower floor features another bedroom that contains a queen bed, living room, dining room and kitchen.
Our past guests enjoyed the convenience of having a king size bed: ''We loved the house!!! It was really perfect. I wanted to let you know that the two twin beds as a king worked great and the memory foam made it very comfortable!!! The sheets were also amazing!!! We will provide you with bed and bath linen (high quality all cotton sheets and fluffy towels), as well as beach towels and chairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking necessities (including a lobster pot), and there is a washer and a dryer. There are A/C units in the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans. Local phone service and Wireless DSL are available free of charge.

The house is not toddler proof, but well-behaved children are most welcome. There's a Zooquarium, Pirates Cove mini golf course and other family amusements within a few miles.
