From the entrance hall you walk through the hallway into a spacious first floor duplex apartment which has an open plan lounge and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, including Fridge/Freezer, microwave, oven/hob etc. breakfast bar and seperate dining table. Patio doors lead off from the lounge to a large terrace area with table and chairs to enjoy outside dining. Terrace overlook spacious pool and surrounding area. Also on the ground floor is a master double bedroom with patio doors leading onto a large covered terrace area, a spacious twin bedded room and a seperate toilet and shower room. All the bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes and have been traditionally furnished making a light, airy and comfortable home. Take the stairs up to the second floor and here you will find a further large twin bedded room with en-suite toilet/shower room and a second fitted kitchen area with oven/hob.

This room also has a terrace area where you can sit and overlook the communal pool or look at the surrounding mountains.
