Azelea Villa - Absolutely relaxing place!

Our week at Azelea Villa was exceptional! The villa itself had everything that was needed (the importance of which is hightened when you have a three year old child with you!). The villa felt like being in your own home, as it has all the appliances and facilities needed, but much better! The number of bathrooms present was a delight and the air con in each room were amazingly quick and simple to use - and much needed as the weather was fantastically hot! The swimming pool was used daily and was a pleasure as it gave a much needed cooling sensation as well as giving my three year old child hours of play time - it was great to have a separate children's swimming pool (both pools of which were only a few yards away - not too close and not too far from the Villa - great!).
We visited the village daily, to get fresh bread for breakfast - which was amazing by the way (and very much missed when we got home), milk, water, cheese, fresh tomatoes and so forth, before heading off to the beach (about a five minute walk).
There was plenty of beach to be had, and when the weather got hot, there was plenty of shade to find for my child to play under. Let alone my husband and I, but even my child had two or three favourite places to go, and as he was happy, we were happy and able to relax. There were plenty of places for a child to go and play, and for mummy and daddy to have a drink (or two) and enjoy the views, beach and sun at the same time.
If I were able to define our experience in one word, I would say it was a "holiday". We were able to relax for a week by sun-bathing, having a few chilled beers, eating fabulous food (the range of which was an assortment of excellent seafood, tapas, vegetarian, pasta meals etc), dipping ourselves into the refreshing swimming pool and basically, not doing much else. The fact that our child was happy and always occupied in doing something (due to the facilities available), gave us the opportunity to relax as well.
Would we come again? No need to ask - absolutely 100% would definitely go again. In fact we're going to book next year's holiday now!
