French doors (locked for security reasons) overlook the terrace and large attractive rear garden. The utility room has a, washing machine\tumble drier and fridge/freezer. There is a downstairs cloakroom with shower, sink and wc. The spacious beamed lounge/dining room has French doors overlooking the rear terrace (locked for security reasons), and an attractive stone fireplace with woodburning stove. It is furnished with 3 sofas, occasional furniture, colour TV, dining table and chairs. The property can accommodate 8 people in one twin and three double bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an antique bedstead, large fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers.

The ensuite bathroom comprises shower cubicle, sink, wc and bath. The balcony from the master bedroom has superb views over the Lougor estuary and Gower countryside. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, sink and ensuite shower and wc. The third bedroom has an antique bedstead, large fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The twin bedroom has a wardrobe and dressing table. The main bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink, wc and bath. There is also a separate cloakroom with sink and wc.
