Families return time and time again to this home away from home, overlooking Cabbage Island in Linekin Bay. This is the perfect spot for your family reunion.

Spectacular sunsets are yours to enjoy from the spacious three-sided, screened/glassed, wrap-around porch. With its Ping Pong table, Foosball game and comfortable wicker furnishings, this porch is the spot where everyone congregates. The second and third floors have four bedrooms and one bath each; first floor provides a 3/4 bath, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, large living room with a fireplace and several furniture groupings provide plenty of space for indoor activities. There is a mooring and aluminum rowboat available for your use.

The yard is spacious with a swing set for children, a terrace area with picnic tables and adirondack chairs from which to enjoy the beautiful views, or a cook-out; multi-level grounds slope to the water. Explore the Bay with the two Tandem Kayaks that are provided by the owners. Wi-Fi included with this cottage.
