Comfortably furnished and well-equipped, this contemporary cape will provide you and your family a vacation to treasure. Main living floor has master bedroom and both baths. The combination living/dining area has sliders to side decks and picture windows offering ocean views.

The back yard is peppered with mature trees and naturalized landscaping. Only about 20 feet separate you from your own small private beach on the ocean. The lower level, walkout basement has two bedrooms and a family room with sliders to the back yard. The Association dock and float are a short walk from the cottage.
