The property has lovely views from upstairs of the West Looe river and there is a small garden ideal for quiet relaxation or a barbecue. Parking for one medium sized car is available in a reserved space immediately outside the cottage.

The property has been the subject of comprehensive modernisation and has a new fitted kitchen and full gas fired central heating.
