Sunny Patch is a beautifully renovated period house close to the amenities provided by the ancient old port of Looe. The property has lovely views from upstairs of the West Looe river and there is a small garden ideal for quiet relaxation or a barbecue. Parking for one medium sized car is available in a reserved space immediately outside the cottage.

The property has been the subject of comprehensive modernisation and has a new fitted kitchen and full gas fired central heating.
