You won’t want to "dash" anywhere after you arrive at this incredible coveside retreat. The wall of windows draws the outside in. The main level of this modified cape offers open concept living as well as two bedrooms and a full bath. The walk-out lower level has the master suite consisting of a family/sitting room with fireplace, bedroom, and full bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. Sliders open onto a fieldstone terrace at the water's edge. Enjoy all the wildflowers surrounding this cottage.

Stone steps provide easy entry into this quiet cove for canoeing, kayaking or swimming. The Association dock and float are a short distance away on Little River. This cottage has it all - even air conditioning! Newly renovated kitchen and many recent improvements for 2007. Bring your laptop: Wi-Fi included.
