This new, luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet location offering breathtaking views and easy access to two beautifully appointed, private, shared infinity pools. The light, airy bedrooms are of good size, one with a double bed, the other having twin beds. The fully tiled, spacious and bright bathroom with its large window has a low-level WC, basin, and walk-in shower area. A modern, fully-fitted, American-style kitchen includes an electric cooker with gas hob and extractor fan and an excellent selection of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The utility area contains a new, full-size washing machine and storage facilities. The comfortably equipped lounge area, which is adjacent to the kitchen, is furnished with relaxing sofa and chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD/CD player, books and games. The lounge has direct access to the private terrace area. And, within a short drive of the apartment, you'll find the magnificent, sandy, 'blue flag' beaches at Moraira and Javea.

There is a small, local shopping area on Cumbre Del Sol with excellent restaurants, an international supermarket, bank, and pharmacy. The town centre of Moraira is an attractive blend of the old and the new with a wide selection of boutiques, shops, bars and some excellent restaurants offering a choice of Spanish and international cuisine. One of Moraira's most important festivals is the Fiesta of Moors & Christians, usually held in June. However, other towns in the area celebrate this festival at different times during the summer. Theatrically presented in impressive costumes, the townspeople are separated into Moorish and Christian filas (groups), and hold marches and mock battles which take place at various times and places throughout Moraira. The high point of this fantastic fiesta is the procession and firework display on the last day. Clues to the region's history are very evident as you explore its villages, towns and cities.

  • Please book directly with the owners. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday.

    Prior to the start of the holiday, all guests are provided with an information pack. This includes, amongst other things, driving directions to Moraira and information on where to meet the owner's local agent in order to be taken safely and conveniently to the apartment. If required, a 'welcome' pack can also be purchased directly from the owner's agent just in case the local shops are closed when you arrive.

    Changeover day is flexible depending upon the preference of our guests. However, to ensure the apartment is fully cleaned and inspected, arrival should normally be after 2:00 pm, with departure by 10:00 am.

    The apartment has heating/air conditioning, the unlimited use of which is included in the rental

    There is allocated car parking directly outside the apartment.

This privately-owned apartment was completed during the summer of 2005. Situated on the top floor of a small, compact block of similar luxury units, the apartment's secluded south-facing terrace allows you to bask in the sun during the day and in the evening enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Sierra Bernia mountain range beyond Moraira. Although only a short drive from the wonderful, sandy beaches at Moraira and Javea, guests staying at the apartment also have their own key giving them access to a private, gated pool complex. This makes it ideal for families as the spectacular private pool area, with its two full-size infinity pools, showers, and small restaurant, offers ample space to relax in a luxurious, safe setting. This exclusive area is less than a hundred metres from the apartment allowing children to play in a secure environment. Cumbre Del Sol (Mountain of the Sun) is an exclusive residential area only about 10 minutes drive from the small, pretty fishing town of Moraira.

However, because of its elevation, the views from Cumbre del Sol across the Mediterranean are superb and on most days you can see the Balearic Islands. The local beach, Playa del Moraig, is about 1.5 kms from the apartment and is a small, picturesque cove used almost entirely by local residents. Facilities include a small beach-bar, toilets, and the hire of sun-beds and parasols. The sheltered bay is perfect for safe swimming and ideal for diving and snorkelling. Within easy reach of the apartment, guests can enjoy horse riding, bowls, sailing and three excellent golf clubs. The apartment is also near a small, local centre which has an international supermarket, pharmacy bank and excellent restaurants. This apartment is ideal for couples, small families and those looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday yet having access to all necessary amenities. If required, transfers from Alicante and Valencia Airports can also be arranged.
