Customed designed Maine shingled cottage with three levels of living. This wonderful cottage has all Southern Heart Pine floors made from beams out of an old church. A screened and glassed porch on the main living area invites you to curl up with a book, snooze, or just gaze out at the ever changing ocean waters. With 250 feet of ocean frontage you have a wealth of tidal pools, rocks and crashing surf to enjoy.

Master suite is on the first floor and has both a jetted tub and separate shower. Two bedrooms, second bath and sitting room are on the second floor and the family room and third bathroom are on the lower walkout basement level. Linen included as part of this package.
