Glenasmole, September 2009

Review Submitted: November 8, 2009 Date of Stay: September 2009
Glenasmole is a house of great character in a very special location. Comfortable, high quality accommodation and superb views. This was our first visit to Northern Ireland - we loved it, and could not have had a better base from which to explore this beautiful part of the world. Welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates were much appreciated! Recommended local restaurants were excellent. Easy drive to Belfast.

Absolutely delightful

What a wonderful property!! Everything you need for a lovely stay. Well situated for sightseeing and great views of the Lough. Property very clean and well looked after. Tried out the local restaurants, The Cuan and the Spinnaker and couldn't fault the service or the food. Plenty to do and see in the surrounding area but a car is essential. Visited Newcastle and the Mountains of Mourne, Antrim and even travelled to the Marble Arch Caves in Co Fermanagh. Great country and great folk. All in all a wonderful time had by all in our party of five (even the days it rained) and would certainly visit again and recommend this property to friends. Maureen Scotland
