Lovely walks through the vineyards two minutes from the house or all the fun of the mediterranean beaches just 35 minutes away. The local campsite that is within walking distance is available to non residents and includes a large outdoor swimming pool, bar and resturant. Horse riding treks are also available daily from the campsite.

The Templar Knights used it as one of their more important regional bases for collecting taxes to pay for the Crusades until 1307. Laurens is within easy driving distance of two major airports at Toulouse and Montpellier, a sea port at Sete and the beautiful beaches of Cap D’Agde
The village shops are just stepping distance from the property. Laurens has its own boules area (boules are provided in the house). The property sleeps 6 and from the first floor balcony overlooks the fountain in the middle of the village square. Long and short-term lets are available.
